Back in late June, we began our seeding and validation process for the new Titleist irons (714 Series) at the AT&T National on the PGA Tour. Fast forward four months, and we're only days away from the new irons arriving in golf shops around the world…
Is it crazy that I wish the season was over and it were cold just so I can get the 714's??????
Will they go farther? I love the feel of my AP2 712's but I lost at least 5 yards when I put them in the bag.
Where is the best place I can go to get fitted for some Titleist irons. Is a PGA tour superstore the best bet. I will be getting some 714 Cbs or AP2s and want to do it right. I want to be fitted for shaft, lie and all..
I am looking into getting fitted this year, but I will be buying a set from the 714 line when it comes out. Would it be beneficial to go now and be ready when the 714's come out, or would my fitter need the actual clubs to fit me? Thanks!

You can get fit now as your length and perhaps your lie might not change, but we would recommend waiting for the new irons and then getting fit with the actual club and shaft.
From gathering all the information, it seems pretty obvious that 714s will be on sale in November.

That's the time last year that the 913 drivers started seeding to the PGA Players, there's no guarantee you'll see 714's in the hands of PGA players at that tournament this year.
Hey TT, has anyone seen or heard what the 714 series are going to look like? I have heard that the Ap1 and Ap2 are finally going to be satin chrome and the lofts will be 1° stronger than the 712's. Has anyone else heard this?

I was thinking about buying a set of 714 AP2s in the future. My friend has KBS Tour 90s in his irons and I love them. I'm pretty sure they had the C-Tapers and the Tours for custom order in the 712 range, and I was hoping they might make the Tour 90s…
