This is a 3 part question:

Tee or no tee on par 3's?

Glove or no glove when you putt?

    Pin in or out?

    Thanks! #TeamTitleist

    Tee (short one) - always
    Glove definitely off
Pin in though I defer to those I am playing with.

Same...but I may skip a tee if using a wedge on a really short par 3.

    Tee used for Par 3's

No glove putting, unless its a kick-in and don't want to waste time taking it off

I have gone with the Pin in on some putts down hill with a little speed behind it, I have left it in going up a hill, and I have stayed with the traditional as well, taking the pin out once on the green. I think this rule in particular will eventually get changed back. We have had some guys that are now dead set on leaving the pin in regardless if it has already been pulled by another playing group member and this has now started a problem and is actually resulting in more time spent on the greens pulling and putting the pin back in....

Like the spark on this conversation. I am interested in seeing others perspectives on the last question for sure.

Great questions! Play well this season

    1. Depends on the type of shot I want to hit
    2. No glove
    3. If it's slippery downhill, leave it in
  7. Tee on par 3's, no glove for putting, and depends! Playing by myself I leave it in, but with a group I'll take it out if everyone else wants it out.

    - No tee if it's an 8 iron or under
    - Absolutely no glove when putting or chipping. I don't use a glove for any "feel" shot.
    - Pin in

Try a PTL and you wont ever want to take the glove off. Can't get a better glove in your hand to feel the shot...Trust me and I am sure many others would completely agree!

    1. Definitely a tee on Par 3's
    2. NO glove when I putt AND chip from around the green. It gives me a better "feel" for touch shots.
    3. Pin IN

Same for me but pin out.

    Tee on Par 3's

    No glove when putting.

    Pin in on long putts.

I use a tee. Trying to gain every advantage I can.
    No glove when I putt
If I am playing by myself and I'm a long distance away. Pin in.
20 ft or less ----pin out.

    I use a small 1" tee on par 3s.

I don't use any gloves at all unless it's early spring or late fall in the 30s.

I'm getting use to leaving the pin in but always defer to playing partners.

These are things I always do:

    1. Use a tee
    2. Take off glove to putt
    3. Leave the pin in

Based on my results lately perhaps I should change all three! Golf is a fickle beast...

This is a 3 part question:

Tee or no tee on par 3's?

I use a tee, generally very low, but occasionally, if I'm hitting into the wind, I'll take more club and leave the ball on the ground so it doesn't balloon. Also, when I've had new irons, I've occasionally tried to get used to them by leaving the ball on the ground.

Glove or no glove when you putt?

I leave my glove on the whole round. I have huge hands and taking the glove off and putting it back on seems to make it wear faster.

    Pin in or out?

Both... From a distance, we'll leave the pin in, but we all agree it's distracting when we see it in our peripheral vision, so we take it out when we're close.

Depends on the shot, no glove, depends on the putt.

Tee for sure! theres a reason they only let you put it on a tee once!

    No glove on any shots!

    Pin out!

this is awesome to see the different thought processes!

    1. I always have to have a tee on a par 3.

    2. I'm comfortable with either but prefer to remove my glove before putting and chipping. If I'm playing through a group as a single I'll leave it on always for a quicker pace around the green and the next tee box.

    3. I prefer the pin in, but if someone prefers it out I'm comfortable putting with it out. I'm going to make the putt regardless ;)

    1. depends on the length of hole and tee box condition
    2. not for putting
    3. I change my mind just about every round. At the moment over 10 feet is in and under is out....

    Tee - yes

    Glove off for putting.

Less than 10 feet pin out, outside of 10 feet doesn't matter to me.
  22. Always tee it up if I can.

No glove need to feel the putt.

Pin in now for me as I used to always do it when I played on my own. Just used to it.

    Always a tee.
    Never a glove.
Flag out on putts inside 15 feet.
