A couple of quick questions. Is the price for double occupancy? Do the accommodations include individual king beds? How do we arrange for the optional golf on Friday and what is the cost for that? Thanks.

Price is for single occupancy (private king bedroom, private bath).

You'll arrange for Friday golf when you contact Ballyhack to reserve your spot (after April 1). Waiting to hear back from staff re: cost and will post here as soon as I do.

I emailed my form yesterday to Ben and assume it got there. Didn't want to be a pain or show my OCD, but, was wondering what the procedure would be for notifying those that are in. Anxious to get back and see/play the course.

I've had a couple of questions about anticipated prizes and favors.

Yes, we're planning to give away a six-month Dormie Network membership! This includes full member privileges at all six Dormie Network properties (Arbor Links, Briggs Ranch, Dormie Club, Ballyhack, Victoria National, and Hidden Creek) with no golf fees at all.

We're also planning to give away a two-day Stay & Play package at any Dormie Network property. This will include two days of unlimited golf and a four bedroom cottage for one night.

These will be in addition to other planned prizes, including a pair of Dry Joys, a Vokey SM7 wedge, and a Scotty Cameron putter (all ordered by the winners and drop shipped to your house).

Every player will receive $100 credit in the Ballyhack golf shop and an assortment of favors, including Team Titleist gear.

Disappointed to get the notice that this was canceled. Wade, I do appreciate the time and effort you put in. It would have been a great venue for a TT event and I was anxious to get back and play the course again.

Awww man! I came back to get more information on this .... only to find out that it was cancelled! Boooooo!
