Where would the ball retriever go, and the alignment sticks?

In addition to 14 dividers bags need to be padded at the top of the divide so that graphite shafts do not get worn.

    Thanks for your great products.

I’ve thinking about moving from my three compartment stand bag to the 14. I’ll be interested to see how this thread comes out.
  4. I have had both types of bags in the past and I prefer the 14. It helps me stay more organized. I also prefer larger cart bags with lots of pockets.

I like extra divider , don’t like fighting to get club out of bag! Especially the putter well on side of bag . Kind of like the old sun mountain bag
  6. 14 way bags on carts seem to be best, and do not rattle the clubs around like 14 way stand bags do when walking. I've noticed the trend at my course to be 14 way cart bags for those who predominately ride. 4 or 5 way stand bags for those that walk, I have a 4 way stand and love it.
  7. Keeps your clubs from banging together
  8. 14 keeps clubs & grips separate. The combination also helps keep track of the clubs—so if there is an empty slot you know something is missing.

Titleist bags looks pretty good, but they could be better like Sun Mountain, Pings, and Ogios for adding more functionalities like special pockets or using lighter materials or else. Colors are also not happening much...too classic that younger generations are looking away (don't stick to older clouds only, Titleist!).
  10. I like the 15 slot bags...I have my irons placed so that I don't pull my 6 iron when I want my 9 iron, which I have done before...and my putter can have it's own slot away from the graphite shafts of the other clubs...no dings on the others
  11. LIKE THE IDEA OF HAVING THE PUTTER OUTSIDE OF THE THE REGULAR DIVIDERS.
THE GRIP IS LARGER THAN THE REGULAR SHAFTS THUS BECOMES CLUMSY TO REMOVE

14 divider seems to reduce the dings on forged irons. If your not using forged irons it probably doesn't matter.

I’ve been using the 14 divider bags for years. What I like about them is that I can quickly tell if I’m missing a club. A place for every club and every club in its place.

The only downside I’ve encountered is that some of the 14 divider bags aren’t really designed for push carts. Club orientation for riding on a golf cart is reversed if walking with a push cart. Nothing worse than your wedges banging up your graphite shafts on your Woods.
  14. 14 is perfect for cart imo. Reduces or eliminates bag chatter and is easy access to each club.
  15. I have the Titleist Lightweight Cart Bag with 14 dividers for when I ride or use a pushcart and I think it's great. Easy to get clubs in and out, grips and shafts stay protected. Key is the wider designated putter slot.

Its just seems complicated for 14 dividers....the less the better is my opinion...
  17. I prefer 14. Never get very far without noticing if I’ve left a club behind which happens once in a while.
  18. Personally, I look for 15 full-length dividers in my trolley bag.
The extra slot allows for the umbrella/ball tube to be enclosed within the bag hood whilst loading and unloading from the car and when the bag is stored in the garage.
Whilst playing, I have an instant check that all clubs are present.
One addition I wish for is, a bag base that is hinged somehow to facilitate the removal of objects and cleaning.

As Harvey Penick used to say 'if you play golf, you are my friend'.

    14. It helps to make sure that I have not left a wedge laying around a green, all of the slots are full.

I prefer a 4 - 5 slot bag, but I have also put in 4 - 5 plastic tubes into it, which provides the freedom to easily pull out a club, yet also protects the grips and shafts from being damaged. (I also clean/wipe down my grips after every round I play, which keeps them tacky, and extends their life for several years.)
