  1. It was at Braeben Golf Course in Mississauga in the deeeeep stuff. Got it out of there, but dislocated my thumb. Got a par - totally worth it. Put myself on injured list for a couple of weeks.

    I'm #TeamTitleist lifer! Would love a M shirt along with some ProV1x.

    Thank you!

Too many bad ones to remember just one! But a couple of good ones that resulted in Birdies are very memorable! Titleist is the best to all of its customers!

Forgot to add PROV1 and large if drawn. Thanks
  5. Playing in Myrtle a few years ago I went into deep fescue to search for my playing partner's ball. I stepped in a gopher hole, damaged ligaments in my right foot and to this day my foot swells for days after every round I play.
I play ProV1's and wear XL shirts.

Played The Ridge at Predator earlier this year. I was watching my playing partners hitting it way off line all day but the ball always seemed to roll back down into the fairway. I hit one about 2 feet off the fairway and watched in dismay as my one missed tee shot did not roll back to the fairway. Went up to find my ball only to encounter calf high fescue almost rolled over on itself. Someone stepped on my ball before we found it. I used my 58 vokey with as steep and firm a swing as I could. I moved it about 5ft into manageable rough. Sigh! I had enough hay on my wedge to make a bale.

    X, medium.

On hole 14 at my course there is a huge wall on the right side of the fairway of super steep fescue and when I hit my drive in there I was thinking well I'll be lucky to find it and make a bogey at best. I go find my ball. I'm pretty much almost falling over trying to figure out how to hit the ball. So I grab my 9 iron 714 Ap2's and hit a massive draw out of the fescues to about 5 feet then drained the putt for bird !! One of the best birdies in my life. Shirt size: medium, balls: V, thanks for reading my story!

Our course (Vespra Hills) in Barrie has a lot of that darned fescue and like just about everyone that plays there I have a few stories for sure. My favourite however was when I played at Muirfield during my trip of a lifetime. I had been playing very well and hit every fairway until we got to the 18th hole. The tee shot was a yank to the left, and I was sure I would need to hit a provisional as the fescue was knee deep and thick. My caddie said "don't worry - I've never lost a ball on the 18th".
I figured for sure he was full of it, but he walked a straight line down through the fescue and unbelievably, right to my ball !!! I have absolutely no idea how he did it as there was nothing to use as a sight line, but I was thrilled to have a shot to get it back into play and finish with a great round. I never play one of the tour courses without a caddie. The not only help out during the round, but can be a lot of fun with their stories and banter :)
Oh yea - My shirt size is Large, and I am a loyal X player !!!
  10. I was stuck in a chain link fence an I hit it out from the other side, It did not turn out to well because I ended up behind a big tree after that shot out of the fence. I am a shirt size Medium and I prefer a Pro V1X

Fescue so High my kids would have got lost. Had a two way miss going and needless to say, fescue won the battle.
Funny thing. Titleist golf balls were given out to participants. Thank Goodness!!!! I used them all up.
    Happy US OPEN gang.
    Shirt Large, ball New Prov1X
