    Hi,

Can you bend Vokey wedges for lie easily? Is there a proper way to do this? Should I get them bent at a shop? Can I send them to Titleist for bending? Does lie angle make that much of a difference?

In the past I was "fitted" for irons and the fitter told me the irons were standard lie, and I ordered my Vokey wedges STD to match. However now I the irons are 1 up. I'd like to get the irons and wedges fit on a lie board, and measured to see what lie they are.

    Thank you for the help!

Yes they can be and are easy to bend. Find a golf shop that has a loft and lie machine.

As Gabe said, golf shop can bend them for you no problem. It's an easy and inexpensive process but you have to have the proper tools to do it correctly.

After I got fit for new irons I had my wedges bent 2° upright to match and it made a noticeable difference for me. Now I make cleaner, more consistent contact with the ball and can use all the bounce, whereas before the toe was digging into the turf and twisting the club head.

    Hope this helps.
