    Enjoyed watching the PGA event last week and decided to plan a trip to play. Using the cover story of a vacation with the wife in January to Cancun to disguise my real intention of playing El Cameleon. Interested to hear if any other TT members have played it and what they think about the course.

    Played there 2 years ago. Stayed at an all inclusive offsite, but not far way. One of the nicest courses I’ve ever played.

    I really enjoyed it. The most architecturally interesting course in that region (and in good shape, too).

    Terrific variety of holes and some amazing natural features (including a cenote in the middle of the first fairway!).

    The course often uses two shotgun starts instead of tee times but you can request a start on #1 (which is recommend).

    The change the routing during the tournament, though finishing holes are the same.
