James Kenny had never made a hole in one but he has 6 Eagles (2’s ) on Par four’s. James is a 7 hcp. At 71 year old. He was playing at Indian Hill Golf Club in Winnetka, Illinois. He was playing in the Lakeside Seniors inter- club matches for North Shore Country Club. The 10th hole is par 3 over water that plays 160 yards to 110 yards long. The Seniors were playing the 10th hole at 125 yards, Jim hit a Pitching Wedge ,it landed and one bounce in the hole. The Asst. Green Superintendent was standing by the front right corner of the green,he witnessed the hole in one along with Jim’s foursome and two caddies. The Asst.Green Superintendent witness his first Hole in One. He then took the flag off the stick and presented to James Kenny . What a classy move . Jim Kenny got the 10th green and ran over to the hole and looked down to see his Titleist Pro V1 Left Dash at the bottom of the Hole. A day he said he will never forget !
