My 6th Hole-in-One was in a scramble tournament at Orange County National, the Panther Lake Course. Hole #4 - Par 3, 148yds to a blind green. A huge bunker protected the front of the green, so all you could see is the top of the flagstick. A friend had given me a brand new sleeve of AVX golfballs to try and I used a brand new Titleist AVX golf ball to tee off. I hit an 8 iron (at the time playing Titleist AP2 714's). The shot never left the top of flag, cleared the top of the bunker however, we did not see were the ball ended up. We get to the green and I go to the cup. Lo and behold, the brand new Titleist AVX golf ball was at the bottom of the cup. Haven't played AVX golf balls since! Went back to playing Pro V1's.
