  1. Been playing Titleist my whole life, fell in love with the game @ the age of 4 I am currently 30. Being so involved in golf growing up I’ve done a lot of research and watched a lot of videos but I’ve always dreamt about being a sponsor / representative for Titleist here in my local golf area. The clubs around me they don’t carry Titleist in the pro shops, they don’t advertise anything and I feel like that needs to change!! I want to help spread and get Titleist into my local golf courses. What can I do to become 1. A Titleist rep or 2. Just get balls, equipment, apparel to represent the brand and help drive people at my local courses to buy titleist?!

Many of us share your passion for Titleist. I too have now moved into the Phoenix area and it definitely lacks the Titleist representation we would like to see. As a Team Titleist member, I do what I can to tell others about Titleist and my bag, clubs, and balls are all Titleist. I have Team Titleist stickers, bag tags, and logos on my FootJoy shirts along with Titleist hats. That said, I receive all those items by purchasing them here or getting them as an attendee to Team Titleist events and outings as do most all of us here on the forum. You can certainly pursue a career at Titleist and they have employment opportunities posted but only professional players and/or a few media representatives are TT Ambassadors with complimentary equipment and apparel contracts. Thanks for your brand loyalty. You are not alone.

Welcome to Team Titleist. All jobs are listed with the required qualifications on Titleist Employment site and recommend that you follow the openings that are available and apply.

You did not mention where you live. Our TT members are from all over the world and are members of a number of different clubs.

Getting what you are asking would require two Acushnet reps, Titleist and FootJoy.

How many courses are there in the area? Are the public or private? Whether a course carries Titleist or Footboy products sometimes is the choice of the Director or Golf or the Head Pro. If there are private clubs, the Merchandiser makes that choice.

Here is the link to apply for a Sales Rep if you choose to follow that career: employment.acushnetgolf.com/
  4. That’s the same as where I live unless you go to one of the local private clubs around here. Every public course near me is big into cally and png. Love my titleist stuff just wish it was easy to come by
  5. Titleist reps around the country are very hard positions to obtain....it makes sense to start out as a specialist in balls or fitting...expxlore the acushnet Titleist job postings or talk with your local rep...

    IMHO

Hey Tyler - I love the eagerness to represent the best brand at your local golf area. I think the best way to represent the brand is through your continued use and recommendation of the brand. Let people at the course give your Scotty a roll, swing some of your Titleist clubs or let them play one of your Titleist balls. I always love wearing the FJ brand at my local course and when I'm out and about. Best way to get people talking about it is for them to see it and hopefully try it.
  7. Check job postings on website. I am sure there is a hitting list.

I'm sure there is a least one Titleist guy in the region, if there's any golf at all happening. Those are coveted accounts, for sure, at least in my 2 areas, Florida and New York. Hard for me to guess, not knowing where you are located.
