Thanks for the response. I spoke with someone from the warranty department yesterday afternoon and they put me in contact with a local golf shop that is going to handle a return for me.

I brought my bag to the local shop this so they can start the return process. I was told my claim number is 3015810449 from the local shop.

I really appreciate the dedication to customer service. Aside from the superior equipment and gear, the awesome customer service is what keeps me buying Titleist products.

Best customer service in the biz! Not even close!

So today I got my new bag in and I absolutely love it! Thanks so much for getting it to me so quickly. It was definitely worth the upcharge to get the staff bag and embroidery done.

Titleist goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction!!

I was considering the new hybrid 14 bag and think I'll go the extra mile and get the logo'd version.

Had the bag out today and it performed perfectly unlike its owner...........ah well there’s always next week.
