Hope this message gets to Titleist Team. Bought last years Sta Dry Titleist Cart Bag 2 weeks ago, was on special as last years model. Rained on Saturday. Went to put on rain cover to protect clubs, found the cover is backwards. Opens out to the rain when sitting on buggy, which is useless to keep things dry and in order. Live 3 hours from Melbourne, but drove down to House Of Golf to query and check out new model. New model cover is perfect, worker at shop could not offer any suggestions apart from getting someone to put other studs in and reversing the hood. This still would not make it fit correctly due to the shape of the hood. Can I buy just a new style hood, or do I need to pay $439.00 dollars for another complete bag? The bag is brilliant, the hood no good. Love Titleist gear, but disappointed here. Is there a number or email address to contact Titleist direct. Thanks.
