    Does the new 2017 stydry cart bag zip from bottom to top, to stop the rain getting in?

    Yes, from bottom to to with a little dome to cover the top of the zipper and any potential opening.

    My StayDry has all the zipper "rubber" coated so they keep the rain from seeping in and the zippers have a "stay" at the top to keep water from running over the zipper pull and seeping in there too.
