Thats a good question, I have never asked it...however it doesn't seem like an unreasonable request.  I am curious to know the answer myself, however it may be cheaper on a relative basis to just purchase a new bag since I would expect the panel to be expensive. 

I don't think so, your best bet is to take it into your local proshop and maybe they can order you one.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but after searching through every avenue from local course, Titleist Rep, Titleist Warranty Dept., Bag Mfg Dept, I have given up  I was given a staff bag by a Champions Tour player but he took the front panel with him.  Lets just say the bag makes a great holder for extra clubs in my den.
