Yes, absolutely. These old eyes just can't follow the flight of a white ball anymore. Seeing the trajectory and landing of my ball flight is one of my greatest pleasures in golf, and it's much easier to see a yellow ball. Tennis went yellow years ago, and those players are young compared to golfers. No doubt the best balls in golf are ProV1s and -Xs. Can't understand why they aren't offered in yellow.

No. I wouldn't play a yellow Pro V1. The Pro V1 and Pro V1X is distinguished enough. I have other thoughts on how it could be improved and customizable.

Coolbreeze, not a question if you would play it - you look young enough to follow a white ball 350 yards. If Titleist broke tradition and offered both white and yellow, would that diminish the image/reputation of the white ball to you?

I agree... These old eyes just don't follow the ball as well as they used to especially in the evening hours. I have tried the NXT Tour S in yellow and noticed a significant improvement in following the flight, but I do prefer the ProV1x as a ball for it's spin and distance control.
Perhaps some day... But I would not hold my breath :)

Yes, 100% absolutely. In certain conditions play the NXT tour S now because it's yellow. Rest of time ProV1

I fell in love with the NXT Tour S yellow ball the first time I used it. While I like the Pro V1x, I'm not a good enough player to be that discerning. I play them both almost interchangeably. However, I really prefer the yellow as I often have trouble finding the ball even in short rough.

Yes I would play a yellow ProV1x if it was available. Depending on the conditions, a yellow ball is just so much easier to see and I like playing a yellow ball to often distinguish it quickly from my playing partners.

I really like playing yellow NXT tour's during the twilight hours. At dusk a yellow proV1 would be excellent. I figure Titleist likes to keep things classic though?

I think some PGA pros would, too. They have no opportunity to try them out in practice, e.g., on the practice tees and putting greens. Like any new bit of equipment change, it might take a while though. My guess is that it would be a slow mover at first, low handicappers, club champions, Champions Tour, and LPGA. Get that first PGA tour event with a name player and it might go through the roof. Mix some in on the practice tee at ProAm events, give the Pros a box or two, hand them out as gifts 2+2 at the ProAms, and you might be pleasantly surprised. I can afford to play the ProV1 golf ball but I prefer the yellow and play the yellow Bridgestone balls because they are so much better with more spin and trajectory options than the NXT's in my opinion. As a 67 y-o single digit player of 50 years, I see the yellow better at address and in flight. I can see the yellow even better than the brightest white. Geaux, Titleist, give it a real chance. If it doesn't work out the experimental balls will become collectors' items.

Absolutely!!!! I've been asking for years why Titleist hasn't. If they did, Maybe, just maybe the #1 ball on Tour and among the amateurs would be a Optic Yellow Pro V1/Pro V1x.
