Hi all, I’m curious if anyone has experience bending T150’s and T200’s? My friend that manages a Roger Dunn told me they quit bending clubs that are forged face only. I’m getting a new blended set and just curious how much range I have mostly with lie angles but loft also.

    Thanks!

Once you have the clubs, you can work with your fitter if there is a gap between the irons. The +/- 2 degrees loft or lie are still options on ordering. You can send 1 or 2 clubs to Titleist to adjust - and to update the profile of your order to use to replace a lost or broken club.

I've heard the same given how difficult it is to bend cast heads, even with a forged face like T200. Bending cast club heads under heat leaves them more susceptible to breaking - a liability for large retailers. After releasing liability and responsibility, a good club repair person can still bend cast heads.

T150 however, I believe, are fully forged (head and face) like T100. Bending fully forged under heat is pretty easy for most experienced technicians but large retailers may still not want the potential liability. A good local club repair person should have no problem bending them.

If ordering directly from Titleist, they will build to spec and probably prefer specs come from a Titleist fitter. But finding a good local club repair person will still be advantageous for future changes if needed.

    Good luck!

Had a fitting today at the National Fitting Centre, St Ives, UK. After testing numerous long iron and hybrid options the solution was to bend my T150 4 and 5 irons back to standard lie from 2* flat
