    I swing around 85/90 mph a handicap of 14 what shaft should I use

    The one that works best for your game. Swing speed is about a 15% consideration on shaft selection.

    Handicap has no relationship to swing speed or shaft selection. Swing speed can loosely be equated to the flex of the shaft but not in every case. Chances are the AMT Red Reg will work for you but the only way to truly know is to have a proper fitting.

    I have the T300's and was fitted for the Tensei AV Red AM2 or the UST Mamiya Recoil 65 F3 shafts (swing speed pretty steady at 82 to 84). The numbers were pretty similar but the Recoil's felt better to me so I went with them and love them. Get a fitting, they will try a variety of shafts to see what works best for you and your swing.
