I have played Titleist equipment for more than 25 years. 975driver was the first Titleist club I owned. 97 or 98 maybe. That’s half my golfing life and likely the only reason I didn’t play Titleist prior to that was, well, prior to that they had limited selection. I’ve used Titleist balls for 49 years. The first time I was totally blown away by Titleist customer service was about 14 years ago. I had developed a tremor and had been diagnosed with Parkinsons. I contacted Scotty Cameron via email to inquire about a recommendation for a putter given my tremor. Hoping for a reply, but not really expecting much, imagine my surprise and shock to have received a call from one of the Scotty reps who took the time to review my needs, my stroke and make some recommendations. How awesome is that? Most manufacturers I have dealt with would have dropped that without even responding. Phoning and providing personal service? What a great group. One of these days, I will get out of Canada and go to the Scotty store in California. I have not been posting on Team Titleist as often as I once did. It takes a long time t type messages when you tremor as much as I do. . So I am mostly a voyeur now and enjoy the posts. I have been lucky enough in the past to have received trial balls and other swag from TT and Titleist. I tell everyone I play with about TT if they carry any Titleist gear.
I was not expecting any packages when my wife asked if I had ordered something on line as there was a package at the door. It’s always great to open the front door and find a package there with the Acushnet logo. What a great company! What a fantastic way to treat your TT membership! Again, Titleist blows away the competition. Our pro at the club I’m at asks why I never try any other manufacturers equipment. It’s quite clear to me. Titleist equipment is superior to any other manufacturer I’ve tried and no other company has ever displayed the ability or desire to provide the level of customer support/relationship care that Titleist does.
