    I recently had an injury to my Titleist 915 driver. Our Pro got ahold of Ken the Titleist Rep in our area and the driver was sent to Titleist and repaired. I have had this driver for about two years. The driver was back within 10 days. Thank you Titleist Great customer service and an even better product!

    Scott -- I'm a little tardy in responding to your post, but I have to concur with you. I had a problem a couple of years ago with my new 714 AP2 4-iron, I contacted Titleist and voilà the problem was dealt with quickly, smoothly, and very professionally.

    My golfing buddies were envious -- they commented that it was so good to see a big company like Titleist stand behind its product with good service. Then a couple of them lamented that since they bought their clubs at a box store on discount (other manufacturers) that they did not have the same customer service experience as I did.

    Great service by Titleist!
