I am curious - After winning at the John Deer Classic for his 4th win this season, can Jordan take his bag full of Titleist products and make it five with a win at the Old Course?

I truly believe he has the game and with Rory out he must be the favourite.

    What do you think ?

I don't think Rory was ever a factor, he hasn't done well in a while.. I think Jordan will do great top 5 (being realistic). I do hope he wins it though, I will be rooting for him to get his grand slam!

Good question Darius! I suspect that Jordan is brimming with confidence - that "magic" elixir that helps a golfer stare down a 25 foot putt, see the otherwise imperceptible break and put a good stroke on the ball to sink it for birdie. So in short, I guess that's my way of saying that I believe Jordan can do it again this week. There must also be a growing sense among others in the field that Jordan is going to be tough to beat and that may translate into a stroke or two as well. Of course, both Rickie Fowler seems to be peaking again too and I would not want to discount either Dustin Johnson nor Louis Oosthiuzen (sorry about the spelling). All in all another great week shaping up!

I think that he could do It.   His Talent is Amazing.

I also think that he will surpass Tiger in the record books fairly easily

    Hi Darius!

I think he just may because he looks driven or determined, but he is young and I would like to see the Slam happen.  I'd also consider watching Ricky Fowler maybe being a bit of a threat because of his finishing in the Majors lately over the past year, he won this week as well at the Scottish open and is acclimated to the time zone, routines, etc. so it'll be exciting for sure!

I think the Old Course will be the most difficult test for Jordan.  If he does win, I believe he has a much better chance winning at Whistling Straits.  The only test will be whether he will be able to withstand the immense pressure.

That said, let's get through St. Andrews first before we start talking about completing the Slam.  ;)

    Hey Darius,

Well, winning on the Old Course is definitely the hallmark of a great player.  I really hope he can, but I think DJ's length is going to be challenge   C'Mon Jordan!!!!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!
