I have had one done via the png Website and took those results to go over and recheck with my golf instructor which shown that they where pretty close but not perfect. He measured me and watch my stroke and we decided on the correct putter type base on my parameters etc.

I had the guy that fitted me for my irons check out my putter for me after I changed my putting stroke to a left hand low. He actually added 3 inches and counter balanced my my putter to make it a 38 inch length and installed a longer grip. I now have a counter balanced putter that fits my stroke nicely. He was a certified club maker with Titleist at the time and I was totally impressed with his work.
