I just bought a new set of AP2 Irons with the KBS Tour shafts.  I was originally told that there would be no "up charge" for the change in shafts from the Dynamic Gold (standard) to the KBS shafts.  However, it proved to be incorrect when it came time to place my order. 

Nonetheless, the approximate "upcharge" per club was $14 each.  I also had my grips "up graded" as well, so I cannot recall if it was also included or not within that "up charge" or if it was a separate charge.

I was fit through the Titleist Regional Fitting Centre.  I assume that you are getting fit as well.  If not, I would encourage you to considerate it if you are close enough to a Titleist Fitting Centre.  I found the experience extremely helpful and interesting.

Thanks for the information.  I'm glad to hear that is would not be overly expensive to upgrade.  I am going for a fitting so I may find out that the dynamic golf is the right shaft and I'm good with that too.
