With the leaves falling and visibility being reduced, I find playing with a yellow Titleist golf ball helps for both locating and seeing the ball this time of the year. I was just wondering if anyone else is playing with a yellow Titleist golf ball and if they share the similar feelings? Curious to hear what other TT Members feel about yellow golf balls in general. Thanks for the forum! Rob from Beeton....

    Funny you should ask...

I was out playing today with my white ProV1 and my friend was using a yellow ball. His was much more visible when in flight and when on the fairways, but once it was in the rough it blended in with a lot of the leaves and was much more difficult for us to pick out compared to the white one.

I will have to admit that we have a lot of yellow leaves in our area this year.

I tried the yellow for a round. Maybe it's my age, my eyes or how long

I have been playing this game. Only Titleist white will do. I Just

see it better in all conditions.

I tried the yellow DT solo this fall and found it to be outstanding to follow through the air when overcast. I found it to be very resilient as well. But I did find them hard to find if around leaves.

2 of my reqular playing partners switched this year and are now playing the yellow ball.  I tried one but went right back to my prov1!  That being said, if there was a yellow ProV1 I'd probably play that all the time....

I'll play the optic coloured balls in the fall. Yes I do find that the colour does stand out more against the leaves (I'll use an off brand that produces pink and orange) but tracking is much easier. To be totally honest, I'm not sure if it's my Diabetes, or that I'm getting older or a combination of both but I found all year that brighter is easier to track. I'll play the So/Lo or NXT Tour S... it really doesn't matter for casual play.

Play it ALL year round and visibility is excellent but more so in cloudy, cool/damp conditions.
