  1. I am playing in a lot of tournaments this year, both competitive and fun/charity. I'm a 7 cap and usually use a V1x for all my rounds, but when a fun long drive competition comes around I can usually get pretty close to winning it. I was wondering if the ProV1x is the best ball for those instances, or is another ball like the Velocity proven to go further with the driver? It's a fun chance to swing right out of my shoes and if there's a ball that can get me the extra 5 -10 yards to win it, the prize is usually some more ProV's!

Hey Matt...  If you read Alex's post here entitled "Tinkering" you will see that his experimenting showed the Velocity is a long ball. May be worth a try !

    Matt,

You might want to take a look at the NXT Tour. It seems to have less spin with the driver than the Pro V1x which may or may not be a benefit to you. I find that I get a flatter ball flight with better roll out due to the lower spin. It's not light years different but enough that I notice a difference.

Well/// you might be shocked at your results with the So/Lo. I know I know... but it's a soft ball. Pish Posh... try it.

As in Alexander's post I have found that the Velocity gives me a longer ball. Give it a try. Steve H.
