I don't wear mine as much as you do, but when my hats start to show the grime I run them in the top rack of my dishwashing machine (just the hats in there, no dirty dishes). Once it is finished I let them air dry...It might not get them back to brand new but you may get a little more wear out of them...Hope that helps!!

I have the same problem, Sam's recommendation is the best fix so far, you can also buy a "hat rack" which keeps the hats shape from changing while it's in the dishwasher. The white hats believe it or not seem to last the longest.

I'm having the same issue aswell. I think I must have at least a half a dozen Titleist hats that I don't wear anymore for the same reason. I've tried everything and I have no luck. Every time I wash them the band inside goes all wavy and doesn't fit well afterwards so I go buy a new one. These hats should come with some sort of sweat absorbing band. I love the hats and will continue to buy them though lol.

    Cheers Shawn

    Hello All,
We totally hear you on that!  It is very tough during the hotter summer months to keep the sweat, sunblock and dirt stains of your hats.  This is a challenge not only with Titleist Tour Mesh hats, but all hats whether they be Titleist or otherwise.

The best solution we have found has actually already been suggested! Top shelf of your dish washer with no dishes.
Having a hat mold that can sometimes be found at larger retail locations helps keep the shape.
Avoid placing your hat in the dryer as well.  Air dry works best!

    We hope this helps!

I also use the dishwasher, but to keep the shape I find a bowl that fits the hat.

No - I do not use the bowl for haircuts :)

For light hats - especially white, i use a scoop of OXY Clean in a bucket of water.....put the hat in the bucket and use a clothes pin to hold the brim .... let it soak for a few days, even a week if really dirty...then pin it to a clothes line and let it dry...comes back good as new every time.   Unfortunately oxy will bleach the color from darker hats so I usually just put a bit of laundry soap in the bucket and do the same process.  ....

I was having the same problems and have found absorbent bands that you can stick inside the band to absorb the sweat.

They are called "Bandzorb, Disposable Headwear Liners.

Come with an adhesive peel and stick band that attaches to the inside hatband.

Works well and you change it when it get dirty. Comes in a package of six.

    Look them up www.bandzorb.com
