  1. Hi,

I just bought a titleist 910F 15 degree fairway wood, after I take the plastic cover out, I found that there is paint chipping out on the top face of the fairway wood.  The fairway wood was bought from Humber Valley Golf Club who is authorized titleist dealer. What shall I do with this situation, can I exchange the club from them, if they do not have it, can they send the club back to manufacture and get me a new one?  I have not hit it the club yet, but the plastic cover was taken out now.

    Thank you,

    Bob

    Hi Bob N,
This is the first we've heard of an issue like that.  Based on the info you have provided, Humber Valley GC Should be able to secure a Return Authorization from our customer service department and have a replacement sent if they don't already have one in stock to provide you right away.  Either way, a replacement should not be an issue.

Once you put it in play please come back here and let us know what you think of the performance!

    Cheers,

  3. Hi Mitch,

Thank you for your help.  I actually bought 910D2 10.5, 910F 15 degree and 19 degree, and 910H 21 hybrid from them.  Others are good, but only 910F 15 degree has paint chipping out, I am going to the store for exchange afternoon.  They said that they will exchange me a new one.

I also wonder that which one the most of the players choose between 19 degree Hybrid and 19 degree fairwood, if they already have 15 fairwood, and 21 degree hybrid.  This is my case now.

    Thank you,

    Bob
