Mine is pretty simple.  Lift my son, chase my son.  Seems to work pretty well.  Hahaha

It costs a few hundred bucks but getting a private instructor at extreme fitness gym is just what the doc ordered . 1 level up lesson per week and you will have routine workouts set for you ,aimed towards possibly better core strength if you are in need of that.. Get a private consultation and you will benefit from it.

    Austin,

The best advice when interested in a workout plan is to find a Titleist Performance Institute Professional with fitness or medical expertise. They will take you through a physical screen to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Given those results, they will design a program that helps you achieve your goals. The key to starting a workout program is ensuring you are doing the correct exercises with the correct form. To find a TPI Certified Professional in your area, go to mytpi.com and click the find an expert link.

    Hopefully this helps!

    Best,

    Alex

+1 on this. I'm on week 5 of the TPI workout after being assessed .... amazing how I thought it was mostly core I needed, but there was other weaknesses I didn't know I had. Workouts are great for me, especially since I don't have a gym membership.

Are you noticing results? I'm seriously thinking about going TPI this winter. Golf is the only sport I take seriously at this point

I have a personal trainer that I have been working with for a few weeks being golf specific.  TPI trained but independent so it works out well.  Not a cookie cutter routine for everyone so what I have is set up for ME  is to benefit ME.  Would look around to see what is available as most places seem to run about the same price.  Good luck.

I saw a personal trainer and got on an excercise routine and meal plan, plus I try to hit a bucket now and then over the winter at the indoor range .....  walking about 4 or 5 km's daily helps too....
