I am the past President of Tri County and I thought it would be of interest to inform Titleist that Tri-County started the same year Titleist started. Tri-County is a match play event held between four golf clubs, who each provide a team of 12 to compete. There are four monthly events each year. It is interesting to note that the prizes awarded after each event and for the yearly prizes, Titleist NXT Tour golf balls are given out. This tradition has been carried out for 76 years now.Three balls for the top six point getters, 2 balls for the next six and 1 ball for the next six. At the end of the year we give out Pro V I balls. Titleist has been a part of the oldest interclub match play event in North America.
